bd2 is a full-service design and marketing agency with a strong track record, a proven approach and an experienced team of design, marketing and technical professionals. We use design and strategic thinking to help communicate brand messages, across all appropriate media, to the right audience. We work within our own structured and proven methodologies to bring a structure, and measures of performance, to the process.
We work very closely with our clients to understand them; their markets; the target audiences and messages they want to communicate to them. What excites us most is achieving real business benefit for our customers through brilliantly effective design and marketing interventions. Our approach is, above all, creative as we believe imagination provides the spark that breathes life into any campaign and makes it stand out from the crowd.
Our aim is to build real value into brands through effective visual communications and we believe that this is best achieved through consistent application across all relevant channels. To this end we have built a team of experienced professionals which brings together the skills of the Chartered Designer, Chartered Marketer, BCS Accredited Project Manager and Microsoft Certified Developers.
Senator
Originally founded in 1976 Senator has evolved from Chairman Colin Mustoe’s garage into the UK's largest manufacturer of office furniture with a turnover in excess of £95 million and over 1,000 employees.
The company has recently opened a London showroom, offices in Holland to service the growing European market; a new production facility in the United States; and an office in Dubai.
bd2 has worked with Senator on mulitmedia and website projects for over 12 years and was commissioned to redevelop the Company’s corporate website which we originally built in 2006. The new site houses a complete product database of all Senator, Allermuir, Beyon and Torasen furniture which is fully managed inhouse through bd2’s webtools content management system.

Atlas
The ATLAS Consortium is comprised of five partner companies; HP, Fujitsu, General Dynamics, EADS Defence and Security Systems and Logica. The Consortium was formed specifically to deliver the ‘DII’ [Defence Information Infrastructure] contract. DII replaces numerous individual information systems throughout the MoD with a single information infrastructure - one of the largest IT systems in Europe. Having achieved approved supplier status following a rigorous selection and approval process, bd2 has worked on a number of high value projects such as the pocketbook in which some 80 pages of content with tabbed dividers are housed within a bespoke polypropylene ring binder.

Gill
Gill are leading manufacturers of specialist marine clothing. We have developed a new website that allows business partners and sales reps to view stock, the progress of orders and to place orders directly into their ERP system. The site is fully integrated with the Protex stock management system in the warehouse delivering real time stock data; an auto-login functionality to allow members of other sites to navigate to Gill and be logged in automatically using their existing credentials; purchasing by users, clubs, club members, agents or sales rep; Pricing is specific by user as logged in; it supports branded sailing club sites with their own logos and colour schemes incorporating embroidery options; finally the site is truly multilingual and includes 4 languages currently.
