The Everton Collection Exhibition - 'Everlution'
Having completed numerous high profile exhibitions in the last 12 months, Cube3 had to pull together all their experience and resources to meet the challenge of creating the complete exhibition solution on behalf of The Everton Collection Charitable Trust.
The Everton Collection is the world’s most comprehensive collection of football memorabilia relating to a single club with over 17,000 items dating from the 1800s onwards.
The challenge was to create an exhibition that would showcase as much material as possible but would also appeal to as many audiences as feasibly possible.
Fulfilling a completely integrated exhibition proposition, Cube3 undertook the design, project management and procurement of the exhibition and created the brand, the exhibition design and build along with marketing learning packs to take the project out into the community.
The brand identity for the exhibition had to be something that encapsulated the theme of the exhibition and was equally identifiable for the general public. Our creative design team decided on ‘Everlution’; a timeless interpretation of football firsts.
Overcoming various challenges with space and mobility, the exhibition was launched to the public on 25th September 2009 to great acclaim, with over 20,000 people visiting the in first few weeks.
