We have an experienced communications director who has delivered communications project management consistently to local authorities, a range of public sector bodies and charities across the region and is known for her experience of the public sector landscape in the region and her network of contacts therein.
We have an experienced managing director who has managed and delivered a considerable number of innovative brand creation and design projects on the company’s behalf. He is backed up by a top-class, experienced/qualified design team of eight, which will soon be expanding.

We have created a unified brand for the North West Improvement and Efficiency Partnership – and its associated sub-regional partnerships, the creation and management of which required diplomatic engagement with chief executives and other senior post-holders.

We have just completed a whole new look for Manchester Mental Health and Social Care Trust that includes new branding which gives the feel of movement and colourful progression through staff, service users and public communications materials but still follows the stringent NHS branding guidelines.

We have built a new web site for the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities (AGMA). It acts as the voice of the 10 local authorities of Greater Manchester and works in partnership with a wide range of organisations - private, public and voluntary - within the city-region and beyond. The website is an access point for these private and public organisations, allowing the 10 local authorities and associate members to access the latest information and documents available. The content management system allows users from different departments to upload, edit or remove information. AGMA Chief Executives and Council Leaders meet regularly to work together on a range of key strategic and policy issues which impact on Greater Manchester. AGMA also provides a range of joint services across the conurbation via AGMA Units and through cross-authority professional groups. The website we have created for AGMA reflects these important points.

There are more examples we can supply, on request, if required.

Our work with clients is designed to reflect and support the various issues the public and third sector is currently facing. We are aware of the improvement and efficiency drivers under which local authorities and the health sector, through World Class Commissioning, must operate; we understand the best value requirements placed on the public sector by Central Government; we are fully conversant with the need for public and third sector groups to work through Local Strategic Partnerships to devise and deliver policies that meet MAAs and LAAs; we understand the pressures on publicly accountable bodies to ensure that they work proactively with stakeholders while maintaining a credible profile and a reputation for achieving service excellence and best value; we recognise the political and economic push for partnership working and collaborative projects and, most importantly, we understand the need for public and third sector organisations to deliver first-class communications and engagement initiatives with their stakeholders, their communities and individuals.
