A specific and highlt targeted direct marketing campaign was devised for Newcastle Building Society aimed at their 55+ customer ase. The aim was to inform the customers that they were potentialy eligible to release the equity within their homes as an option. A simplistic, yet effective letter was written together with a branded and well designed and thought-through leaflet that explained the process to the customers.
